Elaine Mak is currently working really, really hard on her MBA. She likes films, food, and playing the drums. She is terrible at talking about her feelings, so instead, she draws them.

The Toyota Way
One of my favorite classes so far this term is Operations Management. My whole life is being turned upside down by lean manufacturing... but I like it!
